Chairman
Moshe (Moses) Rotbart has a degree in accounting and economics and founded Rotbart-Remes-Yomtov Accounting Firm in 1975. He advises SMEs and large corporations on accounting, tax, and financial growth.
Moshe resides in Israel on the same land his family purchased in 1949, bringing generational wisdom and deep roots to our company's foundation.
Founder and Managing Partner
Joshua Rotbart (LLM, MBA) is a corporate lawyer who entered the precious metals industry in 2010. He led the metals division at a major global logistics firm before founding J. Rotbart & Co. in 2016.
Under his leadership, the firm has traded and managed over USD 1 billion in bullion. Based in Asia, he is a globally respected bullion expert featured in Bloomberg, WSJ, Financial Times, and more.

Jonathan holds degrees in economics, business, accounting, and finance from Bar-Ilan University. He worked as a Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young and as a manager at Malca-Amit Far East before joining J. Rotbart & Co.
Business Operations Manager
Tatiana holds degrees in public administration and economics from the Moscow Institute of Public Administration. Formerly with Malca-Amit, she brings expertise in international startups, branding, and logistics.
Director of Operations
Marco Au earned his degree in bilingual studies from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has experience advising clients on wealth protection and marketing. Marco leads business development and client relations for North Asia.
Director of Business Development
Zvika joined the family business in 2017 and now leads development in Southeast Asia. He launched the firm's Manila office and manages Singapore operations. He also promotes blockchain innovation in bullion, including tokenization of physical gold.
Trading and Fulfillment Manager
Brian holds a bachelor's in Economics from Simon Fraser University. Before joining in 2021, he spent 16 years as an operations analyst in metals trading at Scotiabank. At J. Rotbart & Co., he manages logistics and fulfillment across sourcing, mints, and delivery partners.
Business Development Manager
Lakhwinder holds a BBA with a focus on marketing from the City University of Hong Kong. He oversees North American markets and advises clients on diversifying into precious metals and digital commodities while expanding the firm's digital footprint globally.
